All TD SYNNEX customers may access the diverse pool of leads where leads are claimed using a token-based system. Sponsored leads may also be assigned directly to customers within the platform.
FishTank is designed to help accelerate demand through the channel. Platform reporting provides visibility into campaign progress, customers' activity, and sales impact over time.

Customers only have visibility into leads that they can claim. Each lead is assigned a token value based on the qualification level.
1 Token - Top of Funnel
Intent Data Leads (“Always on Pipeline”)
Intent data identifies in market accounts showing early buying signals through active research and evaluation. Leads include decision maker contact details tied to the location where intent activity occurred.
5 Tokens - Top of Funnel
MQLs: Marketing Qualified Leads
These leads have shown a form of interest and taken an initial step to engage with a vendor’s product/solution. Examples include content syndication, event or webinar attendees, and email marketing leads.
10 Tokens - Middle of Funnel
hMQLs: Higher Marketing Qualified Leads
hMQLs are more qualified leads that have met key requirements and are ready for deeper engagement. They complete a custom survey to confirm pain points align with the vendor’s solution.
20 Tokens - Bottom of Funnel
SQLs: Sales Qualified Leads
SQLs are the most qualified leads and confirmed to be a strong fit for the vendor solution. They are phone qualified, show active interest, and should be contacted immediately.
